The supplements are packed with vegetables I want and do not contain ingredients I dislike, such as soy, fillers, extracts, or additives. Additionally, they are non-GMO. While purchasing the fruit and vegetable option is the best value for your hard-earned money, these supplements are still pricey. I am on a high-protein, low carbohydrate diet, and this helps round out my nutrition needs easily and conveniently. Suggested dose is three capsules per day. I like this product. The capsules are standard in size and easy to swallow. They have a bit of a vegetal scent to them but that just tells me the product is what it is supposed to be. I don't mind it. I don't taste or smell anything "off." Mine are fresh and best by September 2027. The suggested serving is 3 capsules a day, making this 90-capsule bottle a 30 day supply. I especially like that it is just the product with the cellulose capsule and NO fillers. They are non-GMO but I would like to know that they are organic too. I think they are a little pricey at over 50 cents a capsule currently but they also seem to be a quality product. I am using them to supplement a fairly healthy diet so I don't plan to take 3 per day so they will last longer for me.

The veggie and fruits combo pack is much more affordable than getting either alone. It's still kind of pricey, but you don't actually have to take 3 capsules a day. I'm looking for just a small antioxidant boost so I just take 1 capsule a day, making each bottle last for 3 months. With the variety of fruit ingredients in each capsule, this is definitely more convenient than eating a bunch of fruit, plus it's easier on your blood sugar. You'll still need to get fiber in your diet though, or get some psyllium fiber supplements.

like a lot of people I don't get enough fresh vegetables in my daily diet, so having a product like this I can take with my regular daily vitamins is a great benefit. I don't take these every day, but use them to fill in the gaps on weeks where I don't get a chance to really any fresh vegetables which is what works best for me.The servicing size is a bit much at 3 capsules, but honestly that is to be expected since you need to be getting the fiber that is included in the real thing, and having only one pill to take would not include enough of that to be worthwhile.These vegetable supplement pills are a great addition to filling out my diet, and I definitely recommend them.

I feel like they are helping with my energy levels, which is wonderful. I also feel that they are helping manage my appetite as I snack less and don't crave as much sugar.The capsules are a normal size and easy to swallow. I have not had any stomach upset and usually take these with breakfast in the mornings. I love that this includes 15 fruits in this supplement. In the chaos of life I dont always get my daily intake of needed fruits so this is a convenient and quick way to make sure that happens. I don’t notice much difference since taking these but my intention is to just up my daily intake. The only downside I have is that the ingredients aren’t organic. I appreciate that they are made in the USA. I feel the current price ($35) is generally more than I’d spend but feel its worth the price with the convenience of these. Overall, this is a great fruit supplement and worth buying.

I ordered the Equal Fruits Supplements to use when my husband and I don’t get enough fresh fruits each day. We normally do eat 2-3 fresh fruit servings a day, but somedays that’s not possible; that’s when we use these. They are great quality. The serving size is 3 per day.They contain Apple, Banana, Blueberry, Cranberry, Grape, Lemon, Mango, Orange, Papaya, Pineapple, Raspberry, Strawberry, Sweet Cherry, Tart Cherry, & Tomato. I do wish they would include exactly how much of each fruit a serving contains, like 1/2 a banana or 5 grapes, etc.Fresh fruit (and veggies) are a necessity for us to maintain healthy digestion, being a good source of fiber and digestive enzymes.

If you are not a big fruit eater and want to get the benefits of eating 15 fruits just by swallowing 3 capsules, this is what you need. The capsules are not too big and are easy to swallow. There are no aftertastes and has no smell. It’s a little pricy, but if you were to add up the cost of eating the 15 fruits daily for 30 days, then these capsules are quite the bargain. I would consider purchasing these again. They (Equal) also make a vegetable blend, you if you purchase the fruit and vegetable blends as a package, then the cost is less than purchasing each bottle individually.

Overall, I really like these vegetable base supplements from Equal Supplements. I often work the night shift and the food available to me is not of the highest quality. As a result, I have been trying to supplement it with healthier things from home when I get the chance, but sometimes my shifts are simply too busy. I really like that these capsules are vegetable-based, go down easily, and don’t have any funny aftertaste. The bottle has a nice cap and I haven’t had any issues with it opening in my bag. Quite happy with them.

The first thing that caught my eye and what I look for in a supplement was what this one had. "They are manufactured in a GMP certified facility in the USA for vitamins and supplements." I do prefer supplements that are also third party tested but this had some really great reviews and was made in the USA. I have only been taking one capsule per day as I do when I am in the testing phase with a new supplement and I have felt better but I cannot be sure until I take 3 capsules a day which I am starting this week. Anytime that I do start a new supplement and I feel good with it and do not have any side effects, that is really what keeps me taking them. Everyone knows that veggies are good for the body but sometimes we do not get enough of them. So with this supplement, I am trying to be more healthy in the coming year.
